ILERA's services are for organizations, communities and individuals. Social service agencies, educational institutions, religious organizations, spiritual communities and racial justice working groups have recognized the need to implement ILERA's professional development training, educational workshops, and support groups. Most of our offerings are centered around: vicarious trauma & wellness, self-care & sustainability, the intersection of spirituality & sexuality and raising awareness to prevent sexual abuse.
VICARIOUS TRAUMA
& WELLNESS
The Power of Transformation is a training that helps people identify how vicarious trauma shows up in our lives.
Social justice advocates, clinicians, human service providers, foster care parents, clergy, chaplains, religious communities, and caregivers who deal with grief and abuse would find this work beneficial.
Wellness and self-care strategies are learned to minimize the negative effects of vicarious trauma.

Transformation Spiritual Coaching
Transformation Spiritual Coaching is for individuals who are ready to make a lasting positive change in their lives. A combination of spiritual consultation and intention setting is used while we work to discover and clear inner blocks to your progress. Clients are required to make a 4 month commitment to receive these services.
Transformation Coaching from an Ifa-Orisa perspective is also available for people who are interested in spiritual development from this tradition.
